Chemithon Constructors, L.L.C. has, and will continue to consider, our accident detection and prevention program the primary objective for successful execution and completion in all facets of our construction projects. It is the intent of management and our on-site supervision to provide a safe and healthful working environment including establishment of safe work practices and continued training of our workforce and subcontractors employees.

Details of this written program are contained in our Health and Safety Manual, which can be provided in its entirety upon request. Our current Company Health and Safety Statistics are attached for your review and evaluation. The following is a brief summary and highlights of our Safety Program:

The following safety-related tools are used to help us better manage your construction project jobsites:

Site Specific Safety Plan – A plan to guide Chemithon Constructors, L.L.C. and our subcontractors to a safe completion of each project.

JSA’s (Job Safety Analysis) – These documents are to be filled out by the foreman and crew at the jobsite prior to beginning a specific task. This “awareness” tool is designed to: 1) Identify any existing and/or potential hazards associated with the task, – 2) Eliminate the hazards – and 3) If the hazards cannot be eliminated, to come up with a plan to minimize and/or protect themselves from the hazards (either through the use of P.P.E. or Engineering Controls).

Subcontractors – In our efforts to maintain a safe worksite, subcontractors working with Chemithon Constructors, L.L.C. are required to comply with all our safety program tools and policies including established OSHA, Chemithon Constructors, L.L.C. and owner safety procedures. Subcontractors’ execution of our safety programs are continually monitored and recorded to insure compliance and coordination. Weekly safety meetings are conducted with all Chemithon craft and subcontractor personnel present, to facilitate shared information and an overall project safety issue and continuous training environment.
