Chemithon Constructors project management personnel have been responsible for the erection and placement into service of the following HRSG units:

• One Vogt 3 pressure HRSG for LFC’s Greenleaf Unit 1 in Yuba City, California. This HRSG was coupled to a GE LM 5000 Gas Turbine and operated as a combined cycle plant. The scope of work included on-site handling and erection of HRSG modules, some with weights to 250,000 lbs. Installation of interconnecting piping, platforms and access, ducts, stack and misc. for a complete HRSG unit.
  
  
• One Deltak 3 pressure HRSG for LFC’s Greenleaf Unit 2 in Yuba City, California. This HRSG was coupled to a GE LM 5000 Gas Turbine with steam reinjecting and operated as a simple cycle plant. The scope of work included on site handling and erection of HRSG modules, some with weights to 250,000 lbs. Installation of interconnecting piping, platforms and access, ducts, stack and misc. for a complete HRSG unit.
  
  
• One Vogt 3 pressure HRSG for Sumas Cogeneration Partners in Sumas, Washington. This HRSG was coupled to a GE Frame 7 Gas Turbine and operated as a combined cycle plant. The HRSG construction utilized the two-wide module design, which resulted in a total of 10 modules to transport and erect. The scope of work included off-site handling and erection of HRSG modules, some with weights to 230,000 lbs. Installation of interconnecting piping, platforms and access, ducts, stack and misc. for a complete HRSG unit.
