Chemithon Constructors project management personnel have completed installation of many large-scale boiler erection projects throughout the United States. Boilers erected include Power Boilers for the Pulp and Paper Industry, Minerals Applications, Power Generation and Steam Production. Boilers erected have fired a variety of fuels including coal, gas, oil and wood waste and range in sizes from 100,000 up to 500,000 PPH. Significant projects include:

• Scott Paper; Everett, Washington for Kvaerner Pulping Corp.
  Scope: Erection of 1-500,000 PPH wood waste power boiler and associated equipment including all fans, gas flues and ducts, fuel feed equipment, boiler piping and start-up of the facility. Additional scope items included structural steel erection for the complete power plant, erection of precast concrete wall panels and floor beams, and all concrete in the elevated portions of the building.
  
  
• Texaco Refinery, Anacortes, Washington for Tampella Power
  Scope: Erection of 1-250,000 PPH D Type CO catalyst power boiler and associated equipment including all fans, gas flues and ducts, fuel feed equipment, boiler piping and start-up of the facility. Additional scope items included demolition and one-piece removal of the existing boiler and hosting / placement of the site assembled new boiler in the unit. This erection and installation work was done in conjunction with a complete retube of the existing 500,000 PPH B&W CO catalyst boiler over a (90) day shutdown of the Hydrocracker Unit.
  
  
• Boise Cascade Corp. Medford, Oregon Scope: Erection of 1-120,000 PPH wood waste power boiler and associated equipment including all fans, gas flues and ducts, fuel feed equipment, boiler piping, ash conveying system and start-up of the facility. Additional scope items included structural steel erection for the complete power plant and erection of the electrostatic precipitator.
  
  
• Roseburg Forest Products, Weed, California Scope: Erection of 1-120,000 PPH wood waste power boiler and associated equipment including all fans, gas flues and ducts, fuel feed equipment, boiler piping and start-up of the facility. Additional scope items included structural steel erection for the complete power plant and erection of the air quality equipment.
  
  
• James River Corp. Camas, Washington for Foster Wheeler Energy Corp. Scope: Erection of 1-280,000 PPH wood waste power boiler and associated equipment including all fans, gas flues and ducts, fuel feed equipment, boiler piping and start-up of the facility.
  
  
• Puget Sound Navy Base Bremerton, Washington for Riley Stoker Corp. Scope: Erection of 3-150,000 PPH coal-fired power boilers and associated equipment including all fans, gas flues and ducts, fuel feed equipment, boiler piping and start-up of the facility.
  
  
• Sierra Pacific Industries Various Plants in California Scope: Erected four power boilers at four different plant sites in Northern California. Work included boiler erection and associated equipment including all fans, gas flues and ducts, fuel feed equipment, boiler piping and start-up of the facility. All projects included erection of structural steel and air quality control equipment.
  
  
• LFC Power Corp., Hillman Cogeneration Facility, Hillman, Michigan Scope: Erection of 1-160,000 PPH coal-fired power boiler and associated equipment including all fans, gas flues and ducts, fuel feed equipment, boiler piping and start-up of the facility. The project included erection of structural steel and air quality control equipment.
